After unexpectedly starting her career in TV in 2015

at her favorite french food critic TV show Très Très Bon,

Carmen has jumped fearlessly straight into the freelancing casserole

as

her hunger to travel the

world was boiling up too intensely.

Among her collaborations, there’s french print, digital & tv medias such as

Vivre Paris, Tapage Mag, Paris Vous Aime, Konbini Food, Canal+, Mint Magazine,

A Nous Paris,

L’Express,

Direction Espagne…
As a trilingual writer, she’s also written for spanish digital medias such as

Plate Selector

and international (english written) professional medias such as

Food Service International.

Carmen is also a social media manager and strategist, copywriter,


editorial strategist and has worked with food & lifestyle brands and food tech companies

such as Epicery, Culinaries, Le Tanneur, La Fourchette (a Tripadvisor entity)
on their social platforms, tone of voice, editorial direction, press releases…
She is now also the communications manager for french brasserie group La Nouvelle Garde.

When she is not writing or eating, she is definitely discussing the funkiness of the orange wine swirling in her glass at one of her Parisian favorite wine bars or she’s flying somewhere like Bali or Melbourne on her own to funk a little bit her daily life.

My first official article was published on french website ParisBouge.com in june 2015 and my first printed article on french weekly printed newspaper l’Express three months later.

I remember the excitement hitting me every time I could spot my name followed by words and lines and paragraphs and pictures describing my very own experiences in restaurants on a printed paper.

It’s a feeling I will never forget and always will hold on to
because the excitement has never left me ever since.
8 years later, I keep on feeling the same excitement hitting off when getting my hands on the last publication I’ve been lucky to collaborate with.
